Organisational Structure
The Office of the Director is responsible for organising and coordinating the operations and activities of the Institute. This includes providing expert and administrative support to the Director, Deputy Director, and the Institute’s Board, as well as facilitating their operations. The Office of the Director also coordinates the work of the Institute’s internal organisational units, compiles and prepares reports on the implementation of the Institute’s activities, and establishes systems for publicly accessible information and requests related to the right to access information. Additionally, the Office handles communication activities with the public and the media, as well as internal communication with the Institute’s employees.
