Water issues are part of everyday life. People are interested in a wide range of topics, from water quality and modern analytical methods to emerging challenges affecting the aquatic environment.

One of the key missions of the Josip Juraj Strossmayer Water Institute is to make expert knowledge about water accessible to the public in a clear, reliable and scientifically grounded way. This is the aim of the Croatian Radiotelevision feature filmed in the Institute’s laboratories.

In the feature, Prof. Mirna Habuda Stanić, PhD, explains how modern analytical methods provide reliable data and why professional procedures, laboratory analyses and quality control are essential for producing trustworthy results.
